Goal: The goal of the CCREF Sustainable Student Scholarship Award is to foster an interest in high school students in the composting industry and fostering the connection of healthy soils to growing healthy foods and clean water. This scholarship is a good way to bring the attention of budding young professionals to the compost industry.
Guidelines: Scholarships will be awarded by the Composting Council Research and Education Foundation to high school students who have expressed interest in the composting industry and expect to pursue their interests at the college level within the fields of environmental science, environmental studies, engineering, and biological or the physical.
